Mission Statement
Women Sharing (division of Metamorphosis Dynamic Transformations) believes that every woman has gifts,
talents, dreams and goals that she desires to be accomplished in her lifetime and to be appreciated,
encouraged and understood.
Our mission is to provide programs which greatly enhance our self image; enable to us have fruitful, satisfying
lives; increase professional success; and to connect us to other women where we can cheer each other on
through this life process. Our intention is to help, support and encourage each other to be free to transform into
all that we are intended to be.
Women Sharing promotes uplifting, positive relationships and programs to meet you where you are on a daily
basis–tasteful and sophisticated, yet as comfortable and down-to-earth as friends gathering in your home.
Do you believe that YOU are endowed with the same seeds of greatness as anyone you have
ever envied or admired. You have value, passion and you dont have to settle for less than the
attainment of your dreams Recognize your value, discover your passion and run in hot
pursuit toward it. You can excel. You do have significance. You can unearth the life you
deserve and were destined for!
Hello. I am Rita Rocker, Founder of Metamorphosis! Dynamic Transformations. My purpose in designing this
program is to impact your life through a series of inspirational messages geared toward improving your
communications, self-image, relationships and career endeavors areas near and dear to each of us. My hope
and dream is that you will allow me to come alongside you, by means of this curriculum, to empower you step-by-
step to become more confident, successful and positive.
Every woman deserves to achieve her own striking change in appearance, character or circumstances a/k/a
metamorphosis, that brings her the culmination of dreams and ambitions (whether they are kept secret or shared
with others). What a powerful opportunity we have to exemplify the beauty, strength, grace, fortitude, and exciting
new adventures that await every woman who says, Yes, I CAN move onward and upward no matter what has
transpired in my life!
In 1983 I received the vision to create a safe place for women to realize their dreams, through combining both God-
given skills and talents. I have spoken to women at retreats, seminars and through individual coaching to help
them open up, see what is truly inside of them, and be encouraged to move forward.
Women get excited to hear that a mothers prayers are answered, that trials do pass, that a painful past can be left
behind and metamorphosis can take place. Strength and beauty come as the roots of faith are nurtured and
become food for our souls and minds. We can:
- acquire greater self-respect, draw healthy boundaries, create a great new look,
- take classes for personal and professional growth, learn to laugh at ourselves,
- and extend a victorious smile every day of our lives!

that you can sing and dance while riding the high-geared roller coaster of life. Together,
